By booking activities online through AdventuresToday you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All prices include a booking fee, GST, and are quoted in $AUD.
- Cancellation penalties depend on activity policies. An administration charge (defined on the booking form) applies to all booking changes and cancellations.
- Refunds will only be given where the activity vendor cannot provide the activity service that it was paid for.
- Adventures Today sells activities from an inventory supplied by each activity, and does not oversell that inventory. Adventures Today does not accept any liability for unavailability of activity caused by the activity over-selling the activity's own inventory.
- Adventures Today makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, Adventures Today cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
- Adventures Today does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
- Adventures Today does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
- Adventures Today makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book activities on Adventures Today.
- These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
